My Dear Faithful,

With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Nathaniel, of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate in America, and with the care of His Grace Bishop Andrei, on Sunday, August 29, we will celebrate the Divine Liturgy, in honor of our Saint Protector Varlaam.

The service will be officiated at our Church, in River Glade, 28 River Glade Rd., according to the following schedule:

– 09.30 am – The Akathist to St. Hierarch Varlaam

– 10.00 am – Divine Liturgy

– 12.00 am – Prayer of thanksgiving and remembrance of the founders of our Church

– 12.30 pm – Short Assembly offered by the children of our community

– 01.00 pm – Fish meal (fish soup and fried fish), offered by Dorina and Cornel Ceapa Family, whom we thank.

We invite you to “share” our post, so that we can gather in large numbers, to thank our Saint Protector for his care and, especially, for all the achievements made in these troubled times.

We ask God and St. Hierarch Varlaam to protect us and give us pure thought, wise words, and good deeds.
